FrontPage 2002 set up secure credit card page

I added a CSR to the server for a customer. I moved the credit card page
into https folder. I redirected the other pages to the new secure page
(which comes up with the new lock). But, now when a customer goes to the
secure page the form no longer works because it was not published through
FrontPage. How do I correct this? How do I publish to a secure https page
and make the form work?

you don't have to publish it via https:// just publish it and make the link
use the https:// address. also make sure the form is submitting to an
https:// location or, I believe, if it's using a relative path for the form
action and it's on an https:// page, it'll "stick".

The FP extensions must be configured on the server to support port 443.
