All of a sudden now my Front Page 2002 will not load up. I reinstalled the
software and it still won't load up. It goes through the process and asks
for the pass word but then just completely shuts down the program. Anybody
have this issue?

Microsoft provides all the tools you need to work with either windows or
office. You already have all the tools to solve this problem. If you are
running a local copy of frontpage on your computer, for example if you have
multiple administrators on you computer lets name them, Fawad, John, Alex. If
john installed the software under his name and during installation he said
the he is the only one who has the right to run this software then Fawad and
Alex won't be able to run it unless John changes the permission.
You can also try to run the frontpae by right clicking on the icon and then
click on run as and then use you name and password.
If you it doesn't wrok you have to update the permission.
Good Luck

This has no bearing on the possible corruption of the program.

Have you tried the usual repairs in the sequence below:
1) In Windows Explorer Find and delete all FP Temp Files
Usually in C:\WINDOWS\Temp and %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temp
2) In Windows Explorer Find and delete all hidden *.web files
Usually in %USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Web Server Extensions\Cache
3) Run a Repair on IE
(see http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=318378 )
4) Install all Service Packs for your OS, IE, MS Office and your Video card
(Windows Update and Office Update sites, plus your video card supplier site)
5) Uninstall any FP Addins from Control Panel
6) Find and delete the FP menu file CMDUI.PRF
- usually in %USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\FrontPage\State
