FrontPage 2002

I have created a Web without using the FrontPage 2002 Themes. I would like to
use the Link Bar Properties to manage the Navigation Bars in my web. I
understand that in order to do so I need to save my web as a Theme. Can in be
done with FrontPage 2002?

You can use the link bar (nav bar) without themes
- you will just be limited to text links
If you want images for the nav bars apply a theme
Create a Nav View and then Insert a nav bar
