Frontpage 2003 adding meta tags

I tried reading and understanding past posts but still can't figure out how
to fix my problem. I added meta tags but they aren't correctly showing up on
meta tests. I understand that the FP added them as HTTP-Equiv, but I don't
know how to change that. Where do I go to make the correct changes? thanks
for the help.

You can add meta tag directly in HTML/Code View.

I ended up deleting the lines under prperties-custom-system varioables. This
removed the HTTP-EQUIV line, however, I don't know if this corrected my
problem.
