Frontpage 2003 and Adobe ImageReady

Okay, so I can create these great rollover images and buttons in Adobe
ImageReady, but how do I get them into Frontpage. I'm sure there must be a
way and I'm just an idiot for not knowing how, but neither my
Photoshop/ImageReady help files, not the Frontpage help files nor even the
expensive computer books I've bought seem to cover the subject.

In FP File Import the Files and associated Folders you created
PS
Try the new Interactive Buttons in FP 2003 (Insert Interactive Button)
- FP will generate the scripts for you and you can edit them in FP
You can even use your Adobe Images to create custom Interactive Buttons
