Frontpage 2003 and Dynamic menus

Well I made a dynamic menus with instructions form this site:

and now the second layer doesn't stay visible

That article describes a menu that will flicker when you add any links
to it, if you can make it work.
A link to a page with the menu will let us see where the "second layer
doesn't stay visible" especially when that layer is not supposed to do
that, unless the mouse is hovering over it.
