FrontPage 2003 cannot open Microsoft Office Live Web sites

I am using Microsoft Office FrontPage 2003 on my Vista PC. No matter what I
do, it cannot open my Microsoft Office Live Web sites. If I first access the
site in Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 and then click "Edit with Microsoft
Office FrontPage" on the File menu, then I first have to enter credentials
(my Windows Live ID and its password), and then I only see the individual Web
page - I do not see the Web site as a whole. And if I first open Microsoft
Office FrontPage and then try to open the Microsoft Office Live Web site from
within FrontPage, then I get the error "The folder (Web site URL) isn't
accessible. The folder may be located in an unavailable location, protected
with a password, or the filename contains a / or \."

Reading the pages associated with Office Live websites, you have to use
the Office Live tools to edit pages. FrontPage can be used to prepare
code snippets for pasting into the page editing tools, but that's it.
