Frontpage 2003 form processing

I have created a form and need the information from that form sent to two
seperate email recipients. The problem I have is that one recipient's email
is known however the 2nd recipient is person using the form. Therefore I need
the form to find the inputted email address once they put it in, then when
they hit submit an email with the results is sent to both the first and 2nd
recipient.
Can anyone help?

Requires server side scripting using whatever technology your server
supports - asp, asp.NET, PHP etc.
FrontPage extensions will only send to known email addresses.
