FrontPage 2003 - form properties - "send to" grayed out

I have created a form in FrontPage 2003 and followed these instructions .

1. In Page view, at the bottom of the document window, click Design.
2. Right-click the form, and then click Form Properties.
3. Click Send to.
4. In the E-mail address box, type the e-mail address to which you want to
send the form results.
However, the “Send To†radio button is grayed out as is the “E-mail Addressâ€
box. If anyone can help me wit this problem, I would really appreciate it.

Under the Authoring Tab do you have use the FP Extensions enabled?

Thank you,

Under the Authoring Tab I couldn't find "use FP extensions". However, I
changed FrontPage and SharePoint technologies dropdown box from "Custom" to
"Default". That seems to have activated the "Send To" radio button.
