FrontPage 2003 hangs up.

I am running Windows XP w/SP2 installed.
When I open FrontPage 2003 and try to click on anything, the program freezes
up and I have to close it. I then get the message -

0.0.0.0. offset: 00000000
to send to Microsoft

I have repaired, uninstalled and reinstalled still won't open. Also tried FP
Cleaner.
