Frontpage 2003 height+width tags for auto thumbnail ?!?

After inserting an image with FP 2003 the height and width tags are included
autopmatically.

But after making that same image a thumbnail (auto thumbnail option) the
thumbnail has no height and width tags. One has to activate that option
manually (using picture properties menu).

How do I force FP 2003 into adding height and width tags to thumbnails
automatically. FP 2002 did not have this problem !
