frontpage 2003 img width and height tags missing

My thumbnails have different sizes on each page of my website,
when I add new thumbnails there are no image tags ( or is it atrribute ) for
width= and height=

How can I turn this on for every page ??
or how can frontpage add all the width and height parameters for the
thumbnails automatically ??
