Frontpage 2003 navigation bar error

I have just published my first website from Frontpage 2003 to GoDaddy. The
home page navigation bar does not work in Internet Explorer but works well
when viewed with Firefox. The hyperlinks from the home page 'links' work
fine. Anyone know why??? Thanks
