Frontpage 2003 publishing issue to NT server with extensions

Hi,

Frontpage 2003 seems to have an issue with publishing to an NT site with
extensions. I have no problem publishing to a site using a dial up
connection, but cannot publish through a connection in various internet
cafe's on a LAN with networking cables. Stragnely, I can publish via some
WiFi networks, whilst other Wireless networks refuse my publish requests.

I have been in numerous Frontpage Discussion forums attempting to shed light
on this issue, with no joy.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Probably because the internet cafes are blocking you (for good reasons) from any http "uploads"
