Where does FP2003 store the passwords used in publishing? Help doesn't,
I've found nothing relevant in the MSKB and Googling has only found how
to password protect not the other way round!
I have deleted all the stored passwords in IE7 and I've reviewed the
stored passwords in Firefox. But despite changes to the server access
the previous usernames and passwords readily give access while the new
ones don't. With FTP I can only access the server with the new
usernames and passwords. The previous are no longer accepted. I
thought this would be a server issue but my host tells me not pointing
to the FTP only with the new names and words.
Could it be that they are being stored in the FPSEs? In which case if I
uninstall and then reinstall I wonder if that would solve the problem?
Through the server's DirectAdmin User Panel I can do this.
Any help gratefully anticipated.
