Frontpage 2003 requires a password to access IIS with IE7.

With IE7 installed, Frontpage 2003 requires a user name and password to
access the sites. I imagine this is prohibiting me from accessing IIS. IE6
did not require this...in fact I cannot seem to access my local sites without
reinstalling IE6. My computer user name and password does nt work. How do I
access this with IE7 installed?
