Frontpage 2003 wants to install when program is started

I am using FrontPage 2003 with Office 2007. Everything working great till I
got to work today. Every time I launch frontpage it starts installing. I have
tried to remove frontpage to reinstall and I get this error "fatal error
during installation". I have tried to install over with out uninstalling and
nothing happens. If anyone can help me with this it will be great help. My

When you start it and it starts installing you need to let it finish and
then it won't do that again.

I have let it run like 100 tiimes. once its open it runs fine when I close
it and open it back up it starts the windows installer. I did the repairing
option under help I am not doing it with add and remove program. I am
crossing my fingers.

Update

To fix this you need to go to add and remove programs click Microsoft
FrontPage and click here for more support information and do the repair from
there. I think this happened after I installed Web Expression and removed it.
