FrontPage 2003 ; Where do I find server applications events log?

I use frontpage 2003 to edit my site( http://www.riversoftime.com) I am
getting an error message on my page called "Miscellanous" that reads:
An error has occurred accessing windows share point server site files. Web
masters should go to server application events log for more details
It all occurred when I tried to upload a Utube video to the site.

Contact your host. The logs are on their server.
