Frontpage 2003 will not find my indexed catalog on Windows 03 serv

I am having a problem using the frontpage 03 search page on my site I just
moved to a new windows 2003 server. I have followed all the procedures
recommneded on http://support.microsoft.com/kb/828901 but no matter what I
do, the site will not find the catalog. I've played with it so much that
even though it is an htm page, it will return pages from my index (htm and
htmls only) but will not return the documents which are linked to those pages.

Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to resolve this issue???
