FrontPage 2003 will not install in Vista

I have a new Dell PC with Vista and MS Office 2007. I transferred my FP
files from my old PC (with XP), but when I try and install FP 2003 on the new
PC, it says the system is not Windows 97, 2000 or XP and asks for the old
system disk to be inserted. When I insert by XP 2003 installation disk and
click continue, I get a 'CD not found' error and the installation is
terminated. My Windows XP and FP 2003 disks are legit, and although I've
tried numerous times to install, I cannot get beyond this point.

I just have a small website and don't ned anything elaborate, so I would
like to continue using FP 2003; is there a way to get around this error
without switching or upgrading?

You say you inserted the XP 2003 disk, do you mean the FP 2003 disk? You
have no need to use the Windows XP disk.

Is the FrontPage 2003 disc an upgrade version? If so you will need the
previous version's CD to upgrade from - that is a CD containing
FrontPage 97, FrontPage 98, FrontPage 2000, FrontPage 2002 or FrontPage
XP (same as FP2002).

I inserted the FP 2003 CD to install the program. During the installation
process I was asked to insert my old XP system Disk since I am using Vista.
When I do, it and click continue, I get a 'CD not found' error and the
installation is terminated. My Windows XP and FP 2003 disks are legit, and
although I've tried numerous times to install, I cannot get beyond this point.

No, FrontPage 2003 is the full edition; not an upgrade? Why am I asked to
provide my old XP System Disk? I have it; it's legit, but as soon as I
insert that disk and click 'continue' the installation terminates.

Ditto. New Toshiba with Vista Home Premium, legitimate FrontPage 2003 disk.
It installed just fine, but I can't communicate with either of my current
website servers, which were working fine before. And they're very different
servers, so I don't think the problem is on their end.
