frontpage 98 port error

Hi, I recently used Frontpage 98 for the first time and when I tried to
upload it by following the instructions of my ISP by selecting "Publish
FrontPage Web..." in the file menu and error message came up instead saying
"There is no server on port 80 at 'compaq-deskpro'.". What is wrong and how
do I fix it? Thankyou.
