Frontpage 98 Publishing

I recently get a new laptop when my old one was destryed. When publishing my
frontpage 98 files from my server (tigertech.net) to my new computer, it lost
my theme and site navigation. Tigertech tried several tests and said that it
seems to be a Frontpage problem? I can get all of my files but I lose the
structure (hierarchy) of the site and my site theme. Any suggestions?
