Yes, but it was design to work with a web server, which is not available
under Windows XP Home, you would need to have Windows XP Pro to get the best
working environment.

Also Unix/Linux based host that have install the latest version of the
FP2002 extensions, which no longer allow users of FP98 to connect, the only
solution is to upgrade to at least FP2000.
