FrontPage and bCentral

Hoping upon hope someone can help with a FrontPage error I get using
the bCentral eCommerce add-in.

When I:
1. Open my website in FrontPage
2. Open the catalog.htm file in the catalog_templates folder (or any
files in the template folder)
3. Right click on any data field and select "FrontPage Component
Properties"

I get the error "Could Not Load the Custom FrontPage Component module"

On server-side, I am running 2000 Server and Sharepoint Team Services
both at the latest patch level. My connection type is T1 but I am
actually LAN to the server. Client is XP with FP2002 both at the
latest patch level.

bCentral's TERRIBLE support had me:
- Unlist all products from the Microsoft FrontPage channel
- Delete the files in your FrontPage Web (catalog and catalog
templates folders)
- Uninstall the add-in (using their instructions)
- Remove the registry key (using their instructions)
- Follow instructions on how to install Add-in for FrontPage 2002 at:
http://office.microsoft.com/assistance/2002/articles/fpCreateECommerceSite.aspx
- Re-list products into the FrontPage Marketplace (inside Commerce
Manager)
- Run the e-commerce wizard again

I have done this twice without success. I reproduced the error on
another box running the same configuration (XP desktop with FP2002 at
latest patch levels). I have also set up a second website on a
totally different server, and get the exact same error message.
Incidentally, I can run the eCommerce Wizard and view products, so I
know some portion works.

bCentral's latest advise is to uninstall/reinstall FrontPage and if
that doesn't work, open a call with FrontPage support. I would gladly
do that if I thought it would help, up to and including a billable
call. I am afraid they would just refer me back to bCentral. Any
suggestions?

Thanks in advance!
Alan Edwards
