Frontpage and Visual Studio 2003

I have Frontpage 2003 and Visual Studio 2003 on my system. Every time I
start Frontpage it kicks off an installer and asks for the Visual Studio
2003 disk. Anyone have an idea of what is causing this? How do I fix it? I
have inserted the Visual Studio 2003 disk and it spends about 5 minutes
doing something.
