Frontpage application error has encountered a problem

I get this error from FrontPage 2000 SR-1 when trying to
open a file within the app (Frontpage application error
has encountered a problem and needs to close). This is
happening as well as I am not able to see files, only
folders, when opening recent webs within the app. Any
ideas?
