Frontpage background sound help needed.

I just set up a nice web with FP 2000, and added continuous .WAV sound to
each page as instructed in help page.

Everyone can view the site just fine BUT the sound can only be heard on my
computer with Windows XP.

It will not play on any other computers that I have tested it on including 2
other Windows XP systems with Internet Explorer. I know that Frontpage
sound is not supposed to work with Netscape, but shouldn't it work at least
with WIN XP using Internet Explorer?

Maybe I need to do something else to make the sound work.

Any suggestions on this would be appreciated.
