frontpage can't open my website

when i click on remote web configuration, select my website address as
below,
the error message im getting is frontpage is unable to open
http://www.tonyspage.com. then it gives me several possible troubles such
as internal server error., web server may not have extensions installed, web
server may be out of service, proxy settings may be incorrect, an error may
have occured in the web server.

When i went to file, recent sites and clicked http://www.tonyspage.com, i
got this message

500 Internal Server Error
Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or
misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the
server administrator, (e-mail address removed) and inform them of the time
the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused
the error. More information about this error may be available in the server
error log. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying
to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

any idea what could be wrong? FP extensions are installed witn IMhosting.

500 errors are usually permission errors
- did you contact your host?
