Frontpage changing case

I am using Frontpage 2000. I recently started having a problem with Frontpage
randomly changing folder names from lowercase to uppercase (1st letter of
folder name). There appears to be no rhyme or reason as to which folders it
does this to. When I view the folders in Windows Explorer, they are all
lowercase. When viewing the same folders in Frontpage, some of the folders
start with an uppercase letter. The problem this is causing is that the links
are being created with uppercase letters in the path. After uploading, the
links don't work properly due to the difference in case. Why is Frontpage
changing the case? How do I stop it?

Thanks for your help. That would help with part of the problem after it
occurs. The other part of the problem is that the links to those pages now
have capital letters in them. The only way to correct that is to find every
link and correct it manually. I know of no way to do that automatically
without removing all capital letters from the web page. Even if this were
fixed as easily, every time I open FrontPage, it does the same thing again
(randomly changing to uppercase). So I need a preventative measure.

I've corrected the issue for now, manually, but I cannot use FrontPage until
I find a way to make it stop doing this.

Sorry, I replied too fast. I see that this addin does fix the links as well
as the files. Will it stop this from happening or is it only a fix?

In my experience, on Windows 98 Jimco's Case Changer gave a permanent
fix for existing files/folders. I have never seen this issue using
Windows XP with NTFS formatted discs. Using FP2000 and 2002 on Win 98,
FP2002 and 2003 on Windows XP.

Hopefully, that will solve the problem then. Though I am using Windows XP and
the NTFS file format. So apparently, that doesn't matter. I haven't tried
this fix yet as I wanted to make a backup copy of my website first.

Thanks, everyone, for all your help.
