FrontPage doesn't purge unused themes from server

When you publish a web to the http server, it checks what is
there and if you have obsolete images on the server which are
not on in your web, then FrontPage asks if you want to
delete them from the server.
However, it doesn't do so for unused themes.
I was inspecting a website where the themes had been
churned over, and looking at the server, there were 4
themes sitting there, but only 1 was used in the website.
I double checked, searched all the html code.

Open the remote web in FrontPage.
Run Tools->Recalculate Hyperlinks
Then View->Reports->Site Summary
Click on "Unused Themes" and you will be asked if you wish to remove
them.
