FrontPage Error with <FORM>

I have a website built with FP2000. It runs on a server that uses FP
extensions. The website includes an Inquiry Form that was created using FP's
Insert>>Form>> tools, but the <form> properties have been reconfigured in
HTML mode to use a FormMail CGI script that runs on the server. This has
worked nicely for me in the past, with no issues. When I test the current
form, I do not have any problems submitting and receiving the results by
email.

I have a customer who is complaining that they cannot submit the form. When
they click on "Submit" they receive the following error message:
------
FrontPage Error.
User: please report details to this site's webmaster.
Webmaster: please see the server's application event log for more details.
------

Since I cannot duplicate the problem, I'm struggling to address it. I'm
hopeful somebody here has experienced a similar problem and can shed some
insight. Thanks for your help.

1. URL to the form.
2. What does the server's application log say?

I do not see anything wrong with your form, so the issue has to be with your formmail.pl code.

You might want to see if you can find a forum related to it and see if any one else has seen
problems from the users with same browsers as yours are using.

Thomas - Thanks very much for the feedback. I'll see what I can find on a
suitable forum.

Thanks again,
Jenny
