Frontpage errors and closes when i try to add images to a page

I've used frontpage for years and currently have version 2002 loaded.
Suddenly, when i try to add an image to a page, I get an errror response and
the entire program closes down. It appears that part of the programming is
messed up. I tried to re-load, but still have the same problem,

any ideas?
