FrontPage form do not work with GeoTrust SSL on Apache server?

My forms work under http:// but not under the secure site https://

I have created a test form for you to try:

http://www.MormonBookstore.com/FormTest.htm

vs.

https://www.MormonBookstore.com/FormTest.htm

I have tried changing the link to the confirmation page from relative
to absolute and back again, every combination:

ConfirmTest.htm
http://www.MormonBookstore.com/ConfirmTest.htm
https://www.MormonBookstore.com/ConfirmTest.htm

I do not know which is right or where the problem lies. I also wonder
about the save results file location, and the location of images (no
images though on form test or confirmation test).

These forms worked with Apache with my last server, so I am not sure
what is different on my Apache server at my new host. Does FrontPage
2004 fix the forms bugs? Is there a workaround for an intermediate
user like me?

I am using FrontPage 2002, XP Pro, GeoTrust SSL certificate, Apache
web server

Your host need to configure the extensions to work under SSL.
