Is there a way of creating a form and then have the results of the form sent
to a page for the user to review the information before it is submitted?
Currently, the user types in the form fields and the info is sent to a
confirmation page.
They don't have the opportunity to review the information before it is
submitted to email, or a database.
Are there any add-ons that can be used with Frontpage that can take of this?

Requires server-side scripting using whatever language your host supports
(asp, asp.net, PHP, Perl/CGI etc.). FrontPage extensions cannot perform
this function.
