FrontPage Freezes when I click Add trying to add photos to a gallery

When trying to add photos to a photo gallery when I click Add, FrontPage
freezes. It also freezes if I just click on the Open toolbar button. I have
run the "repair" utility, and have even uninstalled and reinstalled
FrontPage (2002, with Office service pack 3), but neither do any good. Help!

Further - My PC is a Gateway, and yesterday I was able to add photos -- Not
today. To my knowledge I didn't change anything between yesterday and today.

Run the functions that clear:
The FrontPage Temporary files.
The Cache (*.web) files.
