FrontPage Includes

Hello,
I'm trying to use Page Includes for the first time
with FrontPage 2000 on a Windows NT sp6 PC. The include
page shows up in the graphical editor but not in IE 6 or
5.5. Anyone have any ideas what I might be doing wrong?
