Frontpage Navigation Bar Properties

I have created a Web without using the FrontPage 2002 Themes. I would like to
use Link Bar Properties to manage the Navigation Bars in my web. I understand
that in order to do so I need to save my web as a Theme. Can in be done with
FrontPage 2002?

You can't save your web as a theme, but you can apply a theme to your web

If you only use text links, you do not need to use a theme in order to use
the FP navigation components. If you want the image buttons, then a theme
must be applied to the web.
