My colleague has found that Frontpage does not publish all files on the
local web to the server. Specifically, large files tend to time out. He
also is getting the following error messages while publishing:
The file 'filename' in the Web '<Root Web>' has been modified on
14/06/2006 17.40:18 by ''.
Are you sure you want to replace it?
The file 'filename.htm' exists on the destination server but does not
exist in the current web. Would you like FrontPage to remove it from
'<Root Web>'?
The server is running W2K server. The problem seems to have started
occurring since installing .NET 2.0 and SP4 on it.
He is currently manually copying files across via windows explorer. Is
there any better way of publishing the files, or patch to fix the
problem.
Thanks
