Frontpage page view

i am using frontpage 2000
I am making a web site for school.. i noticed that many computers have
different screen sizes.. some have 800x600 and up from thier, i have a
widescreen. when i view company web pages on my widescreen they are always
way to the left or centered... the web page i make look totally different
on each screen. and when i view the web page i made, the web page is
streched.. I want it to be just way to the left or centered.. what do i have
to do to make it like that?

Use tables set to a fixed width.
