I've got this issue when Publising my website, when I choose "Publish" from
the FrontPage menu.
In FrontPage in my site files, "index.htm" has the "house" icon, which I
assume means it is the "homepage" of the site.
When I click on "Publish" I get the error ...
"Do you want to remove this file?
The file "index.htm" exists on the destination server but does not exist in
the current web site. Would you like FrontPage to remove it from
'http://www.mywebsite.com'?
Yes No etc.."
"index.htm" does exist in the local files and on the server.
If I choose "No" from the error message window, FrontPage then uploads
"index.htm" to the server but changes the file extension from ".htm" to
".html" and puts the "house" icon on the .html file as well.
The ISP has not been able to offer any ideas to fix this so I am hoping
someone here may to be able to help, thanks in advnace.
