Frontpage publishing: "system exception: access violation"

I'm stumped with this, please help:

I'm trying to publish a website from a NT box to a 2003, and during
publication - it suddenly stops giving me this error message: "system
Exception: access violation"

I've tried to publish several time, with same result???
