FrontPage Registration Component

1. Remove all spaces from folder and file names
2. Your site must be hosted on a Unix/Linux Server with the FP extensions.
3. You must have published the site to the server via FP using http://www.cdgroupinc.com
4. Check the instructions, but I think the registration form must be in the root of the web, not the
subweb.
