FrontPage Remote Server access problem

We have Front Page installed on a remote server that one of our users
accesses for files to work on. Everytime she logs on the server and then
clicks on a folder to access a file she gets the following error message:
"An error occurred accessing your Windows Sharepoint Services site files.
Authors- if authouring against Web server, please contact the WebMaster for
this server's Web site. WebMasters- please see the server's application event
log for more details".

If she repeatedly clicks on the folder, she continues to get the message but
eventually will get access to the contents. Then, when she clicks on a
subfolder, the same process repeats. The corresponding event id is 1030. I've
gone through the troubleshooting steps in the Event ID details and haven't
come up with anything.

Can anyone provide suggestions on next steps for troubleshooting?

What is the user's OS? There was an error that would cause event ID 1030 for
Windows XP users that was fixed in Service Pack 2. It does sound like a
permissions error as it happens while fetching names of files and directory
contents (requiring read permissions to be passed to the OS for each item).

The user's OS is XP/SP2. The account the user is accessing the server through
is an administrator account so I don't think it is a permissions issue but I
will confirm just to make sure. Do you have any other suggestions?

Let me also add some additional information I received:

About a month ago we moved the server for a domain of ours to a new host and
a new machine. The user referenced below uses this machine to publish web
pages through Front Page.

Does this additional information bring up any other ideas?

Hey, guess what! I performed the following steps as suggested in another
group and it seems to be working for now:

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Navigate to Internet Options from the Tools Menu
3. Switch to the Advanced Tab
4. Scroll down to the HTTP 1.1 Settings
5. Disable HTTP 1.1 and HTTP 1.1 through Proxy
