Frontpage result page

I have 2 result pages that should display from two seperate form pages. I
test through host and get the following error:FrontPage Error.User: please
report details to this site's webmaster. Webmaster: please see the server's
application event log for more details.

Host support tries the form and they get the confirmation page and I get the
email. Why am I not able to do the same?
