Frontpage Search Component

Hello-
Where can I learn more about this Search component? I suspect my host,
1&1, is involved. Sometimes it returns results, sometimes is does not (for
the same search). When it does return, it links to to the wrong pages. I
know there is an Index Server and a Catalog, but I need to know where, when
and how they are updated. I'd also like to modify the results page - my
"hits" list in a narrow column and wrap into too many rows. I really
appreciate any pointers you can provide.

You have to work with your host regarding Index Server. Basically have then delete the current
catalog for your site and then create a new one, then open your site in FP and run Tools |
Recalculate Hyperlinks.

The only way to modify the catalog search output is to get away from using the FP search component
and use ASP / ASP.net to work with Index Server. For help regard ASP / Server, you will need to post
to the Index Server newsgroup, as this would outside of using FP.
