FrontPage Server Extensions Administration

So I have a website with FrontPage Server Extensions installed.
I go in to IIS, click go in to the properties of me site, go to the "Server
Extensions 2002" tab and click settings.
I type in Administrator and the password and it logs me in. When I go down
the the Virtual Servers and click on "Administration" to the right, it
prompts me again for another password.
I put in Administrator and the password again, but it doesn't accept it.

I have tried other administrator users and administrator without the
password, and I just can't get it to let me in!

Any ideas?
