Is there a way to have the pages size to different monitor sizes?

Yes, using Javascript but it has proven impractical when considering the use
of CSS or tables using a "liquid design" methodology you can search for and
learn more about.

Place your page contents in a table with a 100% attribute.

That would be 100% width, not 100% cellpadding or 100% cellspacing....
