Frontpage won't publish files over 130KB, why?

I keep getting an error when I try to publish the site all together or single
file to my server:

Ther server could not complete your request. Contact your ISP or Web Server
admin to make sure server has the FrontPage Server Extensions or SharePoints
Services installed.

(I am waiting on a response from my admin to see about this issue)

For more details, I get this:
Error Message
X Network Access Message: The page cannot be displayed
Explanation: The request timed out before the page could be retrieved.
Try the following: Refresh page: Search for the page again by clicking the
Refresh button. The timeout may have occurred due to Internet congestion.
Check spelling: Check that you typed the Web page address correctly. The
address may have been mistyped. Access from a link: If there is a link to the
page you are looking for, try accessing the page from that link. Contact
website: You may want to contact the website administrator to make sure the
Web page still exists. You can do this by using the e-mail address or phone
number listed on the website home page. If you are still unable to view the
requested page, try contacting your administrator or Helpdesk.
Technical Information (for support personnel) Error Code 64: Host not
available Background: The gateway or proxy server lost connection to the Web
server. Date: 2/2/2007 6:03:16 PM

Also, the publish log also has this error: Proxy Error ( The specified
network name is no longer available. )

The particular files that won't publish all happen to be 130kb or more.
Anything under 130kb publishes with no errors.

Any ideas would be helpful.

The error looks like a custom error generated by your admin. if they are
using a Proxy Server then they will need to make a change to allow you to
publish larger files.
