FrontPage2003--Problem using PNG graphics

I am trying to insert a PNG graphic using Insert>Picture>From File, but I get
a message that "This image file format is not supported."

My operating system is Windows XP SP3.

If anyone has any suggestions or solutions, I would appreciate it.
