I'm new to InfoPath, but it should not be this hard to create a form to
be 1. Mailed to a specific Manager, then if necessary Manager clicks a
button to post the data to a Database.
But, I have had nothing but troubles. Mostly every form I send to the
Manager by using a email send button on the form, opens as an xml
window with the code... no form. If I attempt to send a filled out
form to a recipent - the form is in the e-mail message window, but the
buttons have dissappeared.
This should not be that hard, but I can not find any documentation that
explains the ways to do what I want, which seems to me to be a very
basic simple thing.
I want to send the filled form to a specific Manager, they in turn can
view the form, and decide if to send on to someone elese, or to click a
button to post the data as a new record in a database.
The form is bases on one of our Database Tables.
PS: I sent $35 on a InfoPath Book, but it's not helping.... Need some
directions here.
Thanks
